Silent Forge is where I write about the quiet, unglamorous work of self-improvement — the kind that doesn’t make for good Instagram content but actually changes your life.

I have ADHD. I build with AI. I’m obsessed with systems that reduce friction and make it easier to do the right thing consistently. Not perfectly — consistently.
